Arsenal’s £67.5 million summer signing Eberechi Eze delivered a historic performance at the Emirates, scoring the first-ever Premier League hat-trick in a North London Derby to secure a commanding 4–1 win over Tottenham Hotspur.

The Gunners struck early through Leandro Trossard in the 18th minute, assisted by Declan Rice, before Eze opened his account in the 36th. He doubled the lead just after halftime in the 46th minute and sealed his treble with a clinical finish in the 76th. Tottenham’s Richarlison briefly gave Spurs hope with a sublime lob in the 55th, but Arsenal’s dominance proved decisive.

The victory extended Arsenal’s unbeaten run to 12 matches and kept them perfect in the league with 29 points at the summit—six clear of their nearest rivals. Tottenham, meanwhile, slipped to seventh with 18 points (5–3–4).

Manager Mikel Arteta hailed Eze’s impact, declaring: “He’s a game-changer—North London is red.”

This derby win not only cements Arsenal’s title credentials but also etches Eze’s name into club folklore, as his hat-trick becomes a landmark moment in one of football’s fiercest rivalries.
